I got into this because nobody explains it.
Most people I talk to have never had anyone walk them through their coverage. They picked something off a website, they pay for it every month, and they couldn't tell you what it actually does.
That's the part I wanted to fix. I'd rather spend twenty minutes explaining how something works than sign someone up for a plan they don't understand.
